Diversity Yard Signs

Return & Refund Policy for Yard Signs

Since these signs are printed specifically for our campaign, we have the following policies regarding returns and refunds:

• All Sales Final
  Due to the custom nature of our yard signs, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items
  If you receive a sign that is damaged during shipping or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ed@diversityslo.org with a description and photos of the issue. We will work with our supplier to replace the sign if necessary. 

• Volunteer Delivery Issues
  If a volunteer was unable to deliver your sign as expected, please reach out to us at ed@diversityslo.org to resolve the issue. We will do our best to coordinate a new delivery or pickup.

• Unclaimed or Undelivered Signs
  If we are not able to contact you for delivery, for reasons outside our power, we reserve the right to redistribute it to another supporter.

Once purchased, please expect our team to reach out within 7 days to coordinate delivery/pick-up. 

All of our products are currently only available in the City of San Luis Obispo, California for pick-up. Our volunteers are able to coordinate delivery to cities within San Luis Obispo County, one of our volunteers will contact you to coordinate pick-up or delivery.
