The Coalition provides educational programs and resources to facilitate and advance the efforts of our affiliated organizations in order to promote and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The Coalition envisions San Luis Obispo County as a welcoming and inclusive community, sustained by collaborative and shared values of equity and social justice. In order to create a safe place for all people to live, learn, work, grow, and play, we strive to create physical space, programs, and leadership to support our diverse human lifestyles, cultural richness, and equity in health, education, and financial security.
